Apartments have air-condition ( living room) with system cooling / heating, floors in rooms are made from ash of I. class, and in corridor and living room including also dining room and kitchen floors are covered, because of the easy maintenance, with tiles of I. class. Bathrooms are equipped with the shower cabin (90 cm), cabinet and the wash-basin (75 cm) inclusively with mirror, and toilet bowl fixed on the wall in which is located the water tank as well, all are equipped with „Hansgrohe“ water fittings, as well as covered with tiles of I. class.
